This 60-minute beginner-friendly breathwork class introduces simple and effective breathing techniques to support relaxation, focus, and overall well-being. Participants will learn how to practice different types of breathwork, when to use them, and why proper breathing can positively impact both body and mind. No prior experience is required.

About the Presenter

Arlene is a Functional Movement and Mindset Expert dedicated to helping women over 40 move with ease and confidence. Through her signature Pain Reframe Method, she empowers clients to break free from chronic pain and emotional baggage, guiding them toward “Movement Without Limits.” Arlene’s holistic approach blends functional movement, mindset coaching, breathwork and emotional release, helping women feel stronger, more vibrant, and truly at home in their bodies.
