Join librarian and yoga instructor Jill Ganeshan for a guided and reflective yoga practice that helps you wake up your body and beat the winter blues. You'll consciously move the spine, create heat in your core, breathe, and meditate with the aid of a chair. Open to all levels. No experience necessary.
About the Presenter:
Jill has been a practicing yogi for nearly two decades attempting to integrate the major paths along with the many styles from a variety of teachers. She earned a hatha yoga CYT/RYT designation through LifePower Fitness under the direction of master hatha teacher, Brenda Temme, in the line of Jonny Kest and the Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage. Since no two people can experience yoga exactly the same way, she is delighted to share her integration of yoga and various methods with others no matter their goal.
