Program Description

Event Details

Choose a pre-selected design to create a reflective vinyl decal. The reflective decal can be used on a variety of clothing objects to provide increased visibility/safety when out and about at night. Possible articles for application include: tee shirts, caps, canvas shoes, backpacks, etc. You bring an article of your choice and we will provide the reflective heat transfer vinyl. 

Prerequisites:

  • Use a personal computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Use of computer tools, including but not limited to cut, copy, paste, alignment, resizing, offset, adding text, and group/ungroup.

NOTE: This is an Adult only program for 18+ and older. FPLD cardholders are given priority registration. Non-FPLD cardholders will be placed on the Pending Waitlist.
