Observed on the third Monday of January each year, Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebrates his January 15th birthday. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. lived his life serving others.
In this beginner-friendly sewing workshop, you'll create a chemo port cushion for the Cancer Support Center in Mokena. You'll learn the basics of machine sewing and show love & care to members of our community who are battling cancer. Prior sewing experience is helpful but not necessary. All materials will be provided.
