Event Details

Observed on the third Monday of January each year, Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebrates his January 15th birthday. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. lived his life serving others.

This afternoon we'll make Spa & Pamper baskets for the clients of the Crisis Center of South Suburbia.

If you are unable to help make baskets, you can help by donating the following items (new & unopened) November 1, 2023 - January 13, 2024:

  • Lotion
  • Face mask
  • Nail polish
  • Nail polish remover
  • Cotton balls/pads
  • Emery boards
  • Nail clippers
  • Tweezers
  • Loofahs
  • Pumice stones
  • Lip balms
  • Cozy socks/slippers
  • Fleece blankets
  • Fluffy towels
  • Spa headbands
