Join us for a holiday classic! In this storytelling lecture, William Pack will perform a reading of A Christmas Carol using a script derived from Charles Dickens' 1867 abridged reading copy and enhanced with a modern recreation of a magic lantern slide show popular during Dickens’ lifetime. Following the reading, there will be a Q&A to explore the curious origins and motivations behind the story. This program is best suited for patrons aged 12 and older.
