Shop the Youth & Teen Halloween Costume swap! Come and shop donated Halloween costumes, clothes and decor. Those who donate to the swap during the week will get first dibs at shopping from 2 - 2:30. The public is invited to join from 2:30 - 4. Donations of non-perishable food for the Frankfort Food Pantry will be accepted.
