The Illinois Secretary of State's Mobile Unit returns to the Library! Appointments are required and registration ends Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 5:00pm.

Please call Adult Services at 815-534-6173 to make an appointment for one the following services:

  • Driver’s license or state ID card (renewal, replacement, correction)
  • Real ID
  • Vehicle sticker sales (license plate)
  • Organ/tissue donor information and registration
  • Motor voter registration with driver’s license/ID renewal

Standard state service fees apply. Visit ilsos.gov for fees and required documentation.

Acceptable forms of payment for standard state service fees include personal checks, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and debit cards. No cash.

Please note: No driver’s tests are available at this location.
