Increase your mobility and decrease your chronic pain in minutes. Yes, you read that right! Chronic pain can interfere with your daily activities, such as working, having a social life, and taking care of yourself or others. Arlene Santiago will give a brief presentation about body mechanics, then guide you through mobility exercises. She’ll provide tips to help you strengthen the imbalances in your muscular system so you can get rid of that nagging pain and move better for optimal living. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.

About the Presenter

Arlene Santiago is a health transformation coach, best-selling author, and mom of three. She loves encouraging others to be the best they can be by helping them take care of themselves through sound nutrition and body movement.
