Program Description

Event Details

We have found more than 5,000 planets around other stars in the past 26 years. Some have similarities to our own home planet – and some are just plain weird. Join us for an overview of the search for distant planets, what we’ve found so far - including some really strange ones! - and how the new James Webb Space Telescope will play a part in advancing our knowledge of planets and the possibilities for life in the Universe.
