Program Description

Event Details

Join us for a gentle walk in nature where you can rejuvenate through mindful observation. This month's Mindful Walk will stroll along the designated Monarch Waystation in search of monarchs and other native butterflies. A handout will be available for butterfly identification.

  • This 1.5-hour nature walk is for adults only.
  • Wear clothes and shoes for walking on an unpaved path.
