Dance, breathe, express yourself, move into your personal soul-space and soar! This expressive, confidence-building class provides a reduction in stress and increase of joy we all need for good mental health. Elaine Gotfryd-Noonan will guide you through warm up exercises to increase flexibility, balance, and strength, followed by creative dance movements. Fun, fun, FUN!
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises and cool down visualization. No experience necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.
About the Presenter
In addition to dancing full time at the legendary Sabre Room for 11 years, Elaine Gotfryd Noonan of Fitness Unlimited holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Drawing on these synergistic life experiences, Elaine creates enjoyable and challenging bodywork sessions adaptable to persons of any fitness level. Every workshop Elaine teaches begins with the love and emotions of the heart for a complete and genuine mind, body spirit experience for lifelong impact and results. "It is my service and purpose in life to serve in this most dynamic and humble way," says Elaine.
