PLEASE NOTE: This is an Adult only program for 18+ and older FPLD cardholders. 

Prerequisites:

  • Know how to use a personal computer, keyboard, and mouse
  • Know how to use editing tools, including but not limited to cut, copy, paste, alignment, resizing, and group/ungroup
