Event Details

Adults aged 60 and above, you are invited to immerse yourselves in a soothing experience filled with healing sounds and vibrations during this educational program. Enhance your health and wellness while enjoying a tranquil atmosphere. 

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on. If you do not have a mat, one may be provided. Please indicate in the Special Notes section of your registration if you require a mat. Optional items you may bring include: blanket, eye mask/covering, or a pillow. Chairs will be available for those who prefer to sit. 

Prerequisite: This program is sponsored by Catholic Charities and intended for Adults Age 60+.
