Event Details

Join artist Pam Martinez for a 2-hour introduction to suminagashi paper marbling. Suminagashi is the ancient Japanese practice of creating interesting ink patterns on the surface of water for paper decoration. After sharing a brief history of the art form, Pam will conduct a demonstration. You will then create your own unique marbled paper, leaving with at least 10 beautiful suminagashi images! No experience necessary

There is a non-refundable, non-transferable $10 materials fee for this workshop. Registrants will be placed on a waiting list until payment is made. Frankfort cardholders have priority registration.
