Each session of the Mindful Nature Walk will provide a gentle walk in nature where you can rejuvenate through mindful observation. A new focus topic will be presented during each walk.
NON-FPLD cardholders will be placed on the Pending Waitlist and will be moved to the Main Registration List no earlier than 7 days prior to the event if seats are available.
