It's a Friday on the Green Double Feature: The Reptile Den & Coasting with a Cop!
First: The Reptile Den presents the Reptile Rodeo, an exciting, hands-on reptile and bug experience perfect for all ages. This interactive program features a variety of fascinating animals from around the world, with opportunities to see, learn about, and even touch some of them up close.
Second: Bring your bike! The Frankfort Police Department will provide bike safety information, and then we'll take a ride! Big riders around the pond in Prairie Park, little riders around the Green. You'll be back in time to get a close-up look at the animals!
In the event of bad weather, the program will move to the Library Meeting Room. Frankfort cardholders will have priority. Check our Facebook page here or call the Library at (815) 469-2423 to confirm the location. No bike rides in bad weather!
