Have a question about using your mobile phone, tablet, or e-reader? Want assistance with using or managing your apps? We can help! Sign up for a 45-minute appointment.

Please bring your device with you to your appointment and make sure it is charged.

Please Note:

  1. These appointments are for questions related to mobile devices (phone, tablet, or e-reader) only.  Patrons with other technology questions should make an appointment for one of our Tech Tuesday sessions.
  2. Our Librarians are instructors and cannot troubleshoot/fix malfunctioning devices. While we can’t guarantee a solution to every problem, we are happy to work together with you in searching for one.
  3. This program is limited to FPLD cardholders. Please register online or call 815-534-6173.

Due to the popularity of our technology and art programs and to ensure that everyone has a chance to participate, patrons who have attended this program in the last 12 months will be moved to the Waitlist.

 

Non-FPLD Registration

NON-FPLD cardholders will be placed on the Pending Waitlist and will be moved to the Main Registration List no earlier than 7 days prior to the event if seats are available.
