Enjoy the company of other adults and engage your brain with exercises that will help keep you mentally fit! We will follow the Wits Workout program created by the University of Illinois Extension.

In this program you will have the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy a mental workout with exercises involving language, word play, puzzles, and memory.
  • Explore topics related to memory, brain health, and aging.
